    The Framework Agreement with Kampenhout municipality provides for the procurement of services on cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, networks, process automation and purchase of related hardware/software.

    This framework contract offers many benefits to all public institutions in Flanders. There is no purchase obligation and it provides cooperation between local administrations.

    Netconnect offers the following within its lot:

    • Hardware & Software regarding passive infrastructure

    • All types of cabling work

    • Setting up server rooms

    • Infrastructure Management

    • Smart Building applications

    • Camera security

    • Sensors

    • Support & executive services

    • etc.

    It is possible to join without any purchase obligation by requesting all info at raamovereenkomst@kampenhout.be. This framework agreement includes 3 other lots, which can answer the demand for network & security solutions, software and process automation.

    OPZC Rekem

    Framework agreement for supplies of IT infrastructure, networks, security and the purchase of associated software and other components.

    OPZC Rekem is a progressive care centre comprising a psychiatric hospital and a psychiatric care home (PVT). Via the framework contract with this care institution, Netconnect is entering the world of psychiatric care centres in order to develop and optimise the IT infrastructure with all its supporting and executive services. 

    Within its plot, Netconnect offers to supply the following:

    • all types of cabling works

    • all smart building applications and software

    • passive infrastructure components

    • monitoring and notification software

    • design of server rooms

    • etc.

    Polis Enterprise Service management

    The Framework Agreement Policy ESM enables all public institutions in Flanders to improve their digital services.

    The ESM platform combines powerful IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities with extensions suitable for different services within local governments. This allows boards to increase their digital reach and improve citizens' experiences. Boards can connect with each other to share your experiences, expertise and solutions. By using the collective knowledge base, challenges are addressed more efficiently and effectively.

    The EMS platform will work closely with existing tools and programmes to provide more and broader capabilities. It will provide valuable insights through reporting so that services can be optimised.

    Netconnect offers the following within its plot:

    • IT Service Management

    • Enterprise Service Management

    • (IT) Asset Management

    • Facility Management (Technical Service)

    • Reservation Management (Leisure Service)

    • Support & executive services

    • etc.

    Universiteit Gent

    Framework agreement on services for design and installation of physical data networks

    UGent is an internationally renowned, open, pluralistic and socially engaged university in Belgium. The university needs an extensive data network for its students and researchers. Netconnect is very proud to contribute to an optimised physical data network, and by extension the installation of active equipment using this cabling.

    Netconnect offers the following within its lot:

    • Copper connections

    • Fibre optic connections

    • Cabinets, panels and modules

    • Cleaning of network rooms and data centres

    Ugent is acting as the procurement centre for this agreement. However, other institutions can also join without any obligation. To join this framework contract, you can request information without obligation at info@netconnect.be.
